Shipping Information

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing before shipment. Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping address provided. We do our best to have our orders shipped within 1 business day. Shipping delays may occur during high demand periods such as holidays.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC. 

International Duties/fees

We are so happy to be shipping our items internationally! Please advise that we cannot control any additional charges placed upon your order once it ships outside of Canada. All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes, depending on the countries customs policy. All duties, custom fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer once the order arrives. 

Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive and email confirmation that will include a Canada post or Fedex tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to appear active. If you cannot find your tracking number please check your spam, junk, promotions folders before contacting hello@shopthecrystallab.com
