Do you want to exchange or return an item?
We offer exchanges and returns on full price merchandise within 30 days at the shipping cost of the purchaser. All items must be unworn ( unused ) with the original packaging.
All sale items are final sale, no exchange or return.
The Order arrived damage or faulty?
The Crystal Lab products are cleansed, smudged and blessed with the highest intention for all involved before packaged and sent for delivery. We only source the highest quality materials and many of our products are handmade. If your order was received damaged or faulty please contact us through email upon receiving your items, include your name and photos of the damaged product and we will contact you with a solution within 24 hours.
Received the wrong item?
If you received a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us at hello@shopthecrystallab.com subject: WRONG ITEM. We will contact you within 24 hours and get you the correct item(s) as fast as possible.
