What are affirmations?
Affirmations are sentences aimed to affect the conscious and subconscious mind. They have the ability to "re-wire"our brains, they push us to form positive thoughts.
An affirmation can inspire, motivate, and uplift our moods. We can use affirmations to direct us into creating new habits, heal past negative beliefs or bring more success into our lives. They keep us focused on our goals, these positive statements change the way we think and activate the powers of our subconscious mind. Affirmations allow us to connect and become aware of who we really are.

How to use affirmations?
We encourage you to repeat your affirmation out loud as soon as you awaken each morning. This will automatically start your day on a positive thought, repeating the affirmation out loud and continuing this pattern every morning is the best way to start using affirmations. Repetition is the key to connecting with the subconscious mind.
It is important to focus on 1 or 2 affirmations at a time, the Crystal Lab affirmation deck was designed to use 1 new affirmation each week of the year. You can choose to stick with this routine or pick a new card each day.
